Kathys Cottage

Kathy's Cottage works well for couples or small families wanting a self-contained base near Kings Lynn. The two bedrooms—one double, one single—sleep three, and there's space to bring a travel cot if needed. Everything you need to cook is here: electric oven, hob, microwave and air fryer in the kitchen, with a washing machine for longer stays. The bathroom has a bath with shower, and heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. Wi-Fi keeps you connected.

The cottage sits right by the water with a private patio that overlooks the river. Inside, a living and dining room shares the ground floor with the kitchen and bathroom, giving the space a practical flow. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, quiet and separate from the main living area. One car can park on site, and if you have a dog, it stays free—there's an enclosed garden to use.

West Lynn is a short drive from Kings Lynn's market town centre. The riverside location itself is the real draw: mornings on the patio, dinner outside when the weather allows, or just somewhere to sit and watch the water. No smoking indoors. Check-in is after 15:30 and checkout before 10:00.
