Exactly what we were looking for. Incredibly rural back to basics setup. Plenty of space and a laid back approach on where to pitch a tent from the really friendly host Simon, who also keeps a close eye on noise levels from potentially noisy residents. Awesome wood for sale and considering fire pits are often a no go this made the pitching fee even better. Great local info from Simon and would 100% recommend.

What a lovely, peaceful site this is! We loved the eco toilets, the solar powered lighting and of course, the setting itself. The swings, tables and benches and games (chess and draughts) were a bonus. There's was also an abundance of wildlife. We saw buzzards, a kestrel, dragonflies, a toad and loads of bats at dusk. We also heard tawny owls, barn owls and foxes at night. Would love to return.
