York Cottage

York Cottage comes ready for immediate use. The kitchen has a range cooker, American fridge freezer and microwave for cooking from scratch or keeping things simple. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with wifi and heating throughout. A woodburner in the living room adds warmth on cooler evenings, while the utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer if you need them during your stay.

The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, the other with two single beds and its own shower room. Both ensuite bathrooms have heated towel rails. Downstairs there's a separate toilet and a living area with a Freeview Smart TV. Outside, enclosed gardens to the front and rear provide private space, with a barbecue for cooking outdoors and a bike store if you've brought cycles. One dog stays free, and there's private parking for one car plus additional on-road parking.

Sandringham village sits along the north Norfolk coast between the RSPB reserve at Titchwell and Holme Nest Sea nature reserve. Thornham beach is close by and rarely crowded. The village itself has two pubs, restaurants, a pizzeria, fish and chip shop, deli and farm shop. Hunstanton, a larger seaside town with funfair and Sea Life Centre, is four miles away. The coastal landscape here is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
