Fairlight Lodge is a Victorian house on Goodwins Road, immediately next to The Walks, the Georgian park that forms the green edge of King's Lynn's town centre. The B&B has picked up a run of TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice awards in recent years, alongside a top food hygiene rating for its kitchen.
Rooms come with a cooked-to-order breakfast included, and the property offers free off-road parking and secure bicycle storage, along with fibre wifi throughout. The Walks itself provides a direct, traffic-free walking route into the historic centre.

A short notice booking for work but I couldn’t have found a better B&B! Fresh milk rather than those horrendous millac cartons, a good selection of tea, coffee etc and two extremely helpful, friendly hosts. The room I stayed in had a separate, private bathroom and bathrobes were provided. Excellent breakfast in the morning and ‘proper’ loose leaf tea. The only downside was that I was only staying one night!

Was happy to find this B&B when looking for alternative accommodation for my trips to Kings Lynn. Very central to where I need to be and free parking in area a bonus. Host welcoming on arrival and was shown my room which was fine but a little tired looking. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided in room and free wifi. Bed and ensuite facilities fine but TV reception not great. Breakfast delicious and hosts attentive to my needs.

Great B&B located next to The Walks with walking distance to town centre. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable beds, great shower with all basic toiletries catered for, private parking and a pretty communal garden. Karl & Jude are friendly, welcoming and informative of the locality and surrounding areas. Breakfast is cooked to order. Would highly recommend this establishment and thank you Karl & Jude for a great stay.

From arrival to departure, we were well looked after The room we stayed in was spacious with 2 comfy beds and an En suite bathroom Despite there being other guests in the B&B during our stay it was very quiet the only time you saw anyone was at breakfast............and what a breakfast it was. Fairlight Lodge is very easy to access via road and the station is a 10 minute walk through the stunning park. Can thoroughly recommend and we will definitely bd re visiting. 10 out of 10 from us
