Situated on a main road (20mph) so easy to find and could park in front (5 spaces). Nice and clean. Friendly people, reasonable breakfast. I'd return if I needed somewhere to stay in Surbiton.

This lodge is ran by private hosts. In effect a converted house turned into a money making enterprise. The room I was provided was the attic with steep stairs, too narrow for the feet, not safe for people of a certain age, or to carry heavy luggage as there is no lift either. Inside was drab, cold with heating set to come on at a particular time regardless how cold the room may initially be. But hot drinks were on offer. The price wasn't justified. Disfrutar.

I recently visited Warwick lodge for my 3 days stay. It was a very homely feeling as everyone treats you so well and they are very helpful. I enjoyed my stay here and location has very good accessibility to good restaurants we well as bus station.

Helpful staff, handy location. Room decor is a little old but all serviceable. Good TV. Near the road but had double and secondary glazing so little road noise. Some noise from other people staying.
