What visitors say

It’s newly opened in Dundee and a lot better than Gravita in Edinburgh. Very friendly staff and many fun options. Must visit for family with their children as it’s a Funtainment getaway. The Cafe will open in few days.

My son had a birthday party here today and loved it. Georgia was a great host with all the kids and very helpful, patient and accommodating - she really made it seamless, keeping us adults updated too. Thanks so much !

If there was ZERO stars I’d choose that. Booked 2 memberships then drive an hour to go. Phoned to make sure it was available. Nobody answered the phone. Turned up to be told we can’t get in even though we have paid. Horrendous service.

Kids love it but be aware if you pay at desk (only time I ever have) you need to watch the safety video every time you go in even though they aware we been before and girl on desk said kids names when I told her same kids. Girl on desk said about safety zone but kids just did the usual and ran on they were told to leave the trampoline area and had to watch the safety video even though they have done this previously. They added 10mins time on to the end of their bounce time because of the confusion but I personally think this is ridiculous for returning customers to need to do this first time attending I totally understand. They say its for insurance purposes but book online you just need confirm you have watched video and you get on how do they know you have watched it? I said to girl that I only paid at desk because of the extra time voucher with no code for online and was advised you can book online and ask for it to be added when you arrive for your booking.
