Good Boost swimming and Land classes are excellent. Both Luke and Lucy who lead the classes are kind courteous and caring. They ensure the activities are safe and appropriate and advise as appropriate. I have found my fitness has improved and muscular strength is improving. I was referred through “Doc spot” and have been impressed by the difference the service and advice from the staff has made to my physical and mental well being. Thanks to both the Luke and Lucy the trainers involved and Frank my first assessor/ advisor. Keep up the good work and thanks .

I have started attending Good Boost on a Monday and I wanted to give a shout out to Luke who has made it a lovely experience. From the start Luke was friendly ,welcoming and professional and has made each week a really enjoyable time. He is good fun and we always have a laugh. It is never the same when he has a day off. Been here for years not the best but convient most staff friendly expect Managment. Men’s showers infested (see pics) . Reported 10 days ago no actions. Dan the manager says he is not aware, even though his colleague reported yesterday !! I said I will escalated to management , would not give his name or centre manager contact detail and in public when I said I will find it myself told me to SHUT UP !! rude and avoid at all costs !!!

I’ve had a really positive experience at Tudor Grange Leisure Centre. The facilities are always clean and well maintained, and there’s a welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. What really stands out, though, is the staff — they’re friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. A special mention has to go to Dawn, who consistently goes above and beyond to make visitors feel comfortable and supported. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude genuinely make a difference and are a big reason why this leisure centre feels so welcoming. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find and deserves recognition. I’d definitely recommend Tudor Grange Leisure Centre to anyone looking for a well-run and friendly place to exercise and relax.
