This was our first time at a CL site and it didn’t disappoint. A beautiful location with stunning views around the site. We booked 3 nights and didn’t want to leave. Beacon fell is a short distance away and it’s a great for Fell walking. For nature lovers it was lovely to watch Curlews, Oysters Catchers and Barn owls in the adjoining fields. We will most certainly be returning soon. Thank you to our hosts Helen & John for you warm hospitality. Everything was just perfect.

Set in a peaceful and truly beautiful setting, this is a site I'm about to go back to for the third time since October 2023. It's small with 5 hard standing, fully serviced pitches. Helen is a wonderful host and made me feel incredibly welcome on my first visit. The scenery is breathtaking and the dark skies at night blow you away with the number of stars you can see. It's right near Beacon Fell so is perfect for going out walking. I've had a few of the best night's sleep I've ever had here. It's so peaceful, all you can hear at night is the odd owl hooting. I've also met some lovely fellow campers to say hi to in passing or to randomly chat to. I can't recommend Dale View highly enough!

This was our first ever campsite 12 years ago and we have been regular visitors since. John & Helen are the perfect hosts and are extremely helpful. The site is a 5 van adult only site, very peaceful and the stars at night are amazing. No toilets or showers but all pitches are hard standing and fully serviced. Lots of country pubs and walks nearby. With the lovely market town of Garstang a short drive away. Beautiful views. Always our go to site for peace and tranquility.

Excellent site. Beautifully maintained, immaculate, clean, with spacious hard standing plots. Really friendly owners, incredibly helpful, with local tourist information. The sites by a fishing lake where you're welcome to walk, and just a couple of miles along from the site is Beacon Fell - a huge area for walking, children, visitor centre etc. Stunning views from the site. Highly recommend.
