Holgates - The Barn is a converted rural property near Silverdale, sleeping six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor centres on a kitchen-diner fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, oil Aga, dishwasher and all standard appliances, flowing into a living room with a woodburner and smart TV. A separate games room with a pool table provides evening entertainment. Upstairs, the main bedroom is a kingsize with an ensuite shower, another kingsize sits in the second bedroom, and the third has two single beds. A family bathroom serves the upper floor. Essentials including bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are covered; a travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside, a front garden with patio and furniture offers space to sit. Private parking accommodates two cars. The property sits within reach of Leighton Moss, an RSPB reserve popular with birdwatchers, and coastal walks across the Silverdale and Arnside Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. One pet is welcome. The property does not permit smoking. Note there is a step to the entrance and another in the garden.
