A little bit out of the way but not horrific if youre just going into the town centre. Plenary of bus stops nearby. Great restaurant across the road and the breakfast they serve at the hotel itself is decent, rooms were clean and you can ask for any toiletries you forgot, air conditioner was very loud and we suspect it need a bit of a clean, if you’re in a south facing room you may suffer because of this. Staff were friendly, kind and very helpful.

Best Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed at. Rooms are clean and spacious. Lobby and bar/restaurant area is well kept, clean and modern. Breakfast was great with loads of choice and hot items being replenished regularly. All staff were really friendly and helpful. Event managed to get checked into my room early. An easy 5 stars!

We recently stayed at this hotel in Leeds and Nikki at reception truly made our experience. From the moment we checked in she was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and her friendly manner made us feel genuinely looked after. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their customer service. Nikki is an absolute asset to this hotel!

We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions whilst our son has been at Leeds university and just been Sun/Mon night for his graduation. The hotel is excellent it is clean comfortable and relaxing lovely breakfast too.The staff are so friendly and helpful. I would definately reccomend this hotel.
