What guests say
Mixed Experience – Great Staff, But a Noisy and Hit-or-Miss Stay Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5 or 3/5 depending on your preference) The Good: Excellent Staff: The team here is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They genuinely do their best to look after you. Convenient Parking: Parking was a breeze—plenty of spaces and completely hassle-free. Efficient Service: Ordering food was incredibly easy, and it arrived at the table remarkably quickly. The Bad: Cleanliness Issues: Unfortunately, the room wasn't up to standard and was quite dirty when I arrived, which was really disappointing. Noise Disruption: It was a noisy stay. There were people running around and shouting in the hallways, making it hard to relax or get a peaceful night's sleep. Inconsistent Food: While the service was fast, the kitchen was a bit hit-or-miss—some of the food arrived quite burnt. Tricky Location: If you aren't familiar with the local area, it is surprisingly complicated to find and navigate to. Verdict: While the staff are a credit to the hotel and the ordering process is seamless, the lack of cleanliness and the noise levels let the stay down. It has great potential if they can iron out the housekeeping and noise management issues.

I loved this hotel. The room was a great size. Very clean. We had breakfast here and the ladies working were brilliant. Really nice and friendly and the food was top notch. Couldn’t fault it!

Stayed here on friday night for the YungBlud gig at First Direct arena. Arrived just on check in so there was a bit of a queue, but got booked in and paid on arrival, 24hr parking was £5, payable using screen in foyer. Room was in ground floor just along from reception. Tidy and well presented and PI always is, but the bathroom wasn't the cleanest from my premier inn experience, bath tap was difficult to turn off unless you had Iron man grip. Bed was very comfortable and clean and the room is set up lovely, nice little sofa/bed alongside bed is a nice addition, only given one room card but for sake of one night wasn't a big deal, just meant we both had to go along for breakfast at the same time. Check out was easy, and would stay again. Used the bar before heading out, ample seating and service. Reasonably priced.

Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms. The bar area and restraunt are comfy, food is reasonably priced and well cooked. Four day work trip and didn't have any complaints about the service or the facilities.
