The Hub

Thank you so much to Izzie and the team at The Hub for making our son’s first birthday so special. Izzie and the rest of the staff truly went above and beyond, delivering excellent service and ensuring the party was completely personalised to our requirements. From the themes and decorations to the play areas and food, everything was adaptable and thoughtfully done. Everyone at the party had an amazing time and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend this venue for a child’s birthday. Thank you again it was perfect! We will always remember this special day.

We really enjoyed our day. The kids had a great time playing, and the decorations were amazing. Overall, it was a lovely party experience. There is only one comment I would like to share as feedback. When the cake was cut, we were asked to take slices home for everyone; however, no containers were provided. Only tissues were available. I even asked a staff member if a container could be provided, but I was told they could not provide them as they had to pay for them. This happened around 10 minutes before the party finished, and it made it quite difficult for guests to take the cake home, especially as it was a creamy cake. The cake stuck to the tissue, making it messy and difficult for children to eat as well. I think providing small takeaway containers for cake would really improve the experience and make it much easier for families. Thank you

The hub went above and beyond for my daughter’s 3rd birthday seamless from start to finish. We booked the luxe play party package. They did everything for us all we had to do was turn up and party! Great decor, food and set up! Thanks so much to the team for all your hard work.

We held our daughter’s 5th birthday party at The Hub Cafe and Soft Play in Syston on Sunday and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive and made everything feel effortless. The party room looked amazing when we arrived, the food was plentiful, and most importantly all of the kids had the best time. A special mention has to go to Courtney, who was constantly on hand and available to help with everything we needed, making sure the party ran smoothly and stress-free. Oliwia and Layla and the rest of the team on shift that day were also lovely, friendly, and so helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend The Hub for children’s parties. Thank you all for making our daughter’s birthday so special! 🎉🎂
