Fah was amazing! Super helpful, friendly and informative. We spent 2 nights. The hotel is basically next to the city centre. Rooms are super comfy, quite. Lovely view and amazing breakfast variety. Fresh fruits, cereals, veggies, different cold cuts, warm full British breakfast, vegan options too. Plenty of choice.

Layla is AWESOME!! Had a fantastic stay at Novotel Leicester! The hotel is modern, spotless, and really well located right in the city centre, making it easy to get everywhere. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Leicester!

I had a fantastic experience at Novotel Leicester and would especially like to recognise two members of staff, Sangeet and Erica. Both were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. Sangeet provided outstanding service and was always happy to assist with a smile, making guests feel very welcome. Erica was equally excellent—very attentive, polite, and clearly committed to providing a great customer experience. It’s staff like them who make a hotel stay memorable. Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, and they are a great asset to the Novotel Leicester team. Thank you both for the excellent service!

Had a pleasant experience staying here in a family room with my two kids recently. Modern hotel with high quality decor throughout. Friendly and professional staff and good quality breakfast buffet. Convenient location for the city centre with ample parking available a few mins walk away (charged at £10 per 24 hours).
