Stayed here Easter weekend 2024. Room was cozy and had everything needed, kettle, fridge, and microwave. Room was a generous size and well maintained. Shirley who greeted us was lovely. Just a short walk to the waterfront. I highly recommend and will return in the future.

What a gem of a find lovely guest house our room was clean and very comfy with all we needed for our stay. The breakfast is superb and nothing is too much trouble. This guest house is ideally situated as it’s near the marina so great for eating out in the evening and close enough to walk into the city Shirley is such a lovely lady and this guest house is a credit to you. Thank you for making our weekend so lovely xx

Clean and very comfortable room with big bathroom. About 5 minutes stroll from Brayford Waterfront and breakfast. Car parking around the back. This is an ideal base to explore Lincoln. Shirley, the boss, is welcoming and helpful.
