Breakfast was poor, it doesn't stipulate on the website as you book that cooked breakfast starts at 6. Breakfast starts at 4, but only cereal and toasts and a few bakery options. Also, the room was supposed to be a triple for 3 Adults, yet the sofa bed was not made up. Absolutely perfect location though, helpful staff,great option to park the vehicle too. Literally 50 yards from the hotel to the airport

Stayed here Monday night. The hotel was comfortable with great location, however realising my husband had left his wash bag containing an exspensive watch in the room we emailed the hotel within hours asking them to keep for our return in 2 days time. Hotel claim nothing left in the room, our fault for leaving it but shame people can't be honest.

Surprisingly Poor Great location right outside the airport departure doors. However there were no staff to check us in, so the manager had to check us in but only after he had delivered room service up to the tenth floor. The next morning at breakfast we were informed that there were no eggs anywhere in the hotel so that was probably a first for a Hilton hotel. I’m guessing that the hotel is a franchise and Hilton aren’t aware of the running of this particular hotel.

Our flight arrived to Liverpool after midnight and return flight was early morning so we stayed in this hotel two nights and save a lot of sleeping time. Hotel located in 20 meters from terminal, on top of multistorey parking. You need to use elevator and go to 5th floor - right and right from elevator and will be reception. What I like most of all - service. All staff was fast, careful, client-oriented. Breakfast served from 4 AM and really good. Rooms need renovation but sleeping quality is great, all amenities are in bathroom. Highly recommended and ogromne podziękowania za wspaniałą obsługę!
