Each of the six rooms at Idan House comes with its own en-suite bathroom, and many look out over either the lake or the surrounding mountains. The rooms themselves are kept simple and comfortable rather than dressed up, which suits a guesthouse geared towards a relaxed stay rather than a fussy one. Free WiFi is available throughout, and reception operates around the clock for guests coming and going at odd hours.
A full breakfast is served each morning, and there's a restaurant on site for guests who'd rather not venture out in the evening. Being adults-only, Idan House tends to suit couples and those after a quieter atmosphere. The building spans two floors, though there's no parking available, so arriving by other means is worth planning for.

Although my stay was fleeting, it was comfortable and well need after a hiking trip. The breakfast was well received too. Will no doubt stay again if hiking solo 👌

Lovely guest house right in heart of village. The gentleman that served breakfast was a bit of sunshine in the morning. They didn't do a vegetarian breakfast, they just removed the meat from the plate rather than get a box of vege sausages in the freezer but it was plenty for me.

Nice B&B right in the heart of Llanberis. Lovely place to stay. Clean tidy rooms. Great breakfasts, host very accommodating with people's breakfast choices. Rooms have kettle, TV, mine had a sink. Long upright radiator in my room was great for drying damp clothes after long hikes. -Shared bathroom was always clean and always seemed to have hot water whenever I choose to shower. -We arrived late but we're able to self check in and find out rooms, which was really handy. -Parking was easy when we visited in Easter as we were able to find parking just outside the property, on the road.
