It's walking distance to all key attractions such as the Lake Railway, or the path to Snowdon. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast is great. The staff are brilliant, all very helpful and friendly. It’s a great place to base for a trip up snowdon. Very handy car park. The state of the hotel lets its down. It needs a good update. The rooms and hotel itself were very hot, yes, we came during hot weather, but there is no air con, even in the restaurant which was very hot for breakfast. There were no fans in the room and you couldn’t open the windows enough to get any ventilation. Also the blinds didn’t work.

We had a phenomenal stay at the Padarn Hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us from the moment we arrived. My fiancée and I were visiting Llanberis to climb Snowdon in aid of Prostate Cancer UK, and every member of staff we spoke to was friendly, welcoming and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. My fiancée has coeliac disease, and the team’s knowledge of allergens gave us complete confidence when dining. They were attentive, reassuring and made us feel right at home, which meant a great deal to us. We would highly recommend the Padarn Hotel to anyone visiting Llanberis. Fantastic hospitality, excellent service and a truly memorable stay. Thank you to everyone for making our visit so special.

We stayed for two nights while hiking Snowdon and had a really good experience. The reception team were friendly and helpful, giving us useful weather updates for the hike. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere with great views and a perfect location. It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the bus station, with easy access to the Llanberis Path up Snowdon, making the return after the hike very straightforward. It is also close to a nearby waterfall attraction. Free parking is another big plus. Would definitely recommend.
