Just back home from a stay in Llandudno for the Victorian extravaganza. Mark and Tracey are very friendly and welcoming hosts. Our en-suite room was spacious and spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought and effort goes into this guest house with all the little extras in the room. Breakfasts are outstanding and really set you up for the day - piping hot, lots of it and plenty of choice. If like us you want a place to stay in Llandudno; which is adult only and no pets allowed, this is the ideal place to stay. It is perfectly situated just a short walk to either bay. When we go back to Llandudno we will definitely book again.

Thank you so much for your excellent hospitality, we will never forget it. This is our first time in Wales. We were so lucky to have booked this hotel. Mark and Tracey always helping us and recommending good places in the location. Absolutely superb, Mark & Tracy are the perfect hosts and by the end of the first day it seemed as if we had known them years. Tracy's breakfasts are the best with everything cooked to your liking and Mark serves it up with a touch of good humour. We stayed in room 4 which was tastefully decorated and had everything you would expect right down to the spotless on-suit. The location is a leisurely 15 min stroll to the pier with plenty of parking. Llandudno with all its restaurants, bars and shops - not forgetting the wonderful things to do and see is the perfect resort to visit, and we cannot wait to return to " Between the Bays"

We have just got back , Mark and Tracy are really good hosts! The bedroom is roomy and well equipped even down to scissors to open packs , bottled water, biscuits, coffe and tea , fresh milk! Dressing gowns, safe, iron and board etc. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and breakfasts cooked to perfection ! We will be back!
