About The Risboro Hotel

The Risboro Hotel occupies a solid, traditional building on Clement Avenue in Llandudno, the kind of long-standing seaside hotel that has grown around the idea of relaxed, sociable stays rather than sleek design. Rooms are comfortable and unfussy, with en-suite bathrooms, family rooms available, and drinks provided in room, making it a straightforward base for a break in Conwy.

Facilities run to a restaurant serving breakfast and packed lunches, a bar, entertainment, and the more unusual combination of an indoor pool and a rooftop garden for guests who want to unwind without leaving the building. There's outdoor seating, a garden, free WiFi, an electric vehicle charge point, and free on-site parking, with 24 hour reception covering arrivals at any time and kids' meals available for families.

Llandudno itself is around half a mile away, and the area offers walking and cycling routes, golf, fishing and watersports nearby, along with pubs, restaurants and other eateries within easy reach. The Summit Complex is another local point of interest worth factoring into a visit. It's a lively, unpretentious choice for anyone wanting to be near the seafront without paying for polish.

Me and my partner came to stay over the weekend for the night after getting a good price. We had never been before to this hotel so didn't know what to expect but we did just want somewhere to lay our head. We were pleasantly surprised, staff go above and beyond, entertainment was good. Has a really homely family feel about it, nice to see somewhere that hasn't been completely modernised.

13 of us (all women) had a great little break at the Risboro Hotel last weekend. The hotel is in an excellent location. Shops, beach, pier, arcades, open top bus tour, art gallery, restaurants and cafés are all within walking distance. Very laid back atmosphere at the hotel. We were well fed. Breakfast was a little bit early for me as last orders for cooked breakfast finished at 9am. Free entertainment was great. Crystal Bawls had us all in stitches and there was plenty of singing and dancing. We had a great time. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was great value weekend away. Thank you.

I stayed at the Risboro Hotel in Llandudno this past July and had a very enjoyable experience. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the beach, museums and the Great Orme, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel also has a nice bar, which was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. One standout moment was when the hosts provided dinner for me, even though service was already underway. Their willingness to accommodate me last minute was much appreciated and made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a lovely time at the Risboro Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Llandudno.

My partner and I have just spent 7 nights at the Risboro hotel and it was the best time ever. Yes the weather was good, which always helps. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are basic, but clean, the meals were good, the entertainment was good with bingo on a couple of nights . We made friends with other guests and had a great time I would recommend
