I had a lovely stay for a couple of nights. The room was spacious, the bed comfy, the location quiet, as well as being a perfect location for walking up the Orme (or getting the tram - the station is minutes away). The room looked exactly like it did in the photo and there's a garden and living room to chill in too. Breakfast was excellent. Jonathan friendly and was flexible with breakfast and checkout times. Very nice and peaceful place and very near to all attractions of Llandudno. Jonathan is a wonderful host who serves very nice breakfast, he helped us with find attractions nearby and places to roam around and good suggestions.

Traditional old-fashioned guest house, but the building, furniture etc. is all in very good condition, well maintained. Breakfast was amazing!
