Escape Boutique B&B occupies a Victorian villa on Church Walks, close to the pier and at the foot of the Great Orme, and has built a reputation as one of Llandudno's most highly rated small places to stay. The interior is contemporary rather than period in style, with a small number of individually designed rooms that trade traditional B&B furnishing for a more modern, design-led approach.
Breakfast is served in a communal dining area and makes a point of using well-sourced, largely local ingredients rather than a standard cooked breakfast menu, and the owners run the place with the kind of close attention to detail that has earned it a strong following well beyond Llandudno itself. There is no restaurant or bar beyond breakfast service, in keeping with its B&B format.
Its position on Church Walks puts the pier, promenade and Great Orme tramway station all within easy walking distance, making it a well-placed base for a shorter, more personal stay than the town's larger hotels offer.

Fortunate to grab a last minute booking for the Escape last Friday night, Room 9. What a beautiful room, nothing we didn't like about it! Sam and Grace were excellent hosts, with genuine care and pride in their B&B. The tower fan in the room was a welcome find, given the heat (aircon would have made it even better), and the lovely Elemis toiletries were also appreciated. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and plentiful, again with a friendly, professional waitress. Excellent location, approx 10 minute walk to the town centre, a little further to the seafront. Also ideal for visiting the Great Orme. Would love to stay again in the future. Thank you for a lovely impromptu end to our holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at Escapes. The breakfast was excellent, the environment was spotless, and everything was maintained to a very high standard. A special thank you to Grace and Sam for making our stay even more enjoyable. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend Escapes and look forward to staying again!

Really pleasant experience here over the BH weekend. The room was light and airy and the bed was so comfortable. Grace and her team were really attentive and professional. The breakfast was delicious. We would happily stop here again. John.

Lovely place. Very clean. Breakfast is excellent. Central location. Our room was nice a little tired. We’d still recommend this place. Staff are lovely, friendly, nothing is too much trouble.
