Absolutely stunning home that accommodated for 17 for our large family perfectly. We booked two places because there are that many of us but this was were the majority of us congregated. The kitchen was perfect sized and well equipped.

Positives.. Perfect for short stay. Very friendly and Christine was perfect host! Delicious breakfast and nice to be able to choose what you want on your plate.. Homemade flapjacks in room on arrival which is a nice thought. Very comfortable double bed and nice white fluffy towels. Great shower/bathroom. Easy available parking on the road. Nice quiet location yet within a short walk to main shops and beach. Negatives.. Would have preferred breakfast a bit later. 8-8.45 is a bit early if you like a lie in. Also would have preferred small individual pots of longlife milk rather than having to collect jugs from fridge downstairs. No decaff coffee in room.

Myself and my granddaughter have just had a lovely stay at Southbourne Guest house Llandudno. The hotel was great, clean, friendly and nice breakfast. The hoteliers Christine and David were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was great, able to park my car and walk into Llandudno town centre in minutes. We both love holidays here and yet again another nice hotel. Thank you for your hard work. Xx

Christine & David made us feel welcome Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Parked on street with no problems Small ensuite but it contained everything we needed so we were happy Just a short walk to centre and front which made our stay quieter once in guest house on the evening. Lovely
