Let's start with Location it's perfectly located near the tram, shops, pier and some quaint little pubs its the ideal location. Upon entering there was a lovely spacious area to sit and watch some TV then entering into the spacious dining are with facilities for tea and coffee also and honesty fridge packed with drinks such a coke, water,J2o all of which was very fairly priced. There are some board games and a lovely little table to play them on. Then out into the garden here you will find some lovely greenery a swinging hammock, a table and chairs with also some outdoor childrens games such as darts and axe throwing. There is a car park locate at the back. Now for the rooms we had a lovely room with a double bed and small bed for our child two lovely chairs and more than adequate storage for our clothes with a big wardrobe and chest of draws with bedside tables. A fridge that had bottles of water and a bottle of milk with tea and coffee facilities and a variety of tea and coffee with a selection of biscuits. A tv which was smart so qe was able to log into our apps such as Disney plus and Netflix which was great. The room included wifi which we have to say ran very smoothly. The shower was lovely easy to use and we set it to our perfect temperature and never had to adjust. There was excellent lighting in the room and even a fan on the ceiling light. It's summer so our room temp was lovely however there was heating facilities for which we did not need. There was also a hair dryer provided and towels toilet rolls along with shampoo and shower gel. Our beds were very comfy the view out the window was lovely and it qas not noisy apart from the seagulls but its a seaside town so cant complain. Now when we go to Llandudno we stay somewhere different every time and my boy loves to do four in a bed lol (which on a side note passed the test could not find anything at all) we have all said we will be coming back to this place in the future for sure. Breakfast was a good choice you could pick what you wanted the day before from a variety of options for a full english or vegetarian there was also a selection of fruits and yoghurt and a selection of bread to make toast along with a selection of gluten free products and a choice of drink tea, coffee, orange juice apple juice. The breakfast was delicous and the eggs where to die for i reccomwnd the scrambled eggs and the fried. Overall our stay was an excellent one and Simon is a wonderful hoast. Look forward to our next visit.

We had a lovely three nights at The Chelsea. Our room was cosy and clean and we loved watching the sheep on the Orme. The garden was a particular highlight as it is a massive private space but still in the centre of Llandudno. Simon (and son and daughter) are great host s giving lots of tips on where to eat locally and serving a fresh breakfast each morning. The location is perfect for all methods of travel.

Three weeks ago we spent four nights at The Chelsea and found it excellent. From the start the welcome by Simon made us feel totally at home. The bedroom, on the second floor, had wonderful sea views from two windows, and definitely worth all the steps up to it. Everything was spotless, with high quality accessories. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom and en-suite lacked for nothing. Breakfast surpassed our expectations with fresh fruit, cereals and a cooked breakfast followed by toast or croissants and jam or marmalade. Simon suggested places to eat and his suggestions did not disappoint, especially the Italian restaurant There is a comfortable lounge and a wonderful sheltered garden. I must not finish without mentioning the “staff”, two really sociable youngsters, (son and daughter) who served breakfast at the weekend. We would definitely recommend The Chelsea to anyone who is not afraid of stairs. That would be the only fault, but taking the situation and the style of the building there is no real alternative.
