Booked a room here 5 days in advance for a trip with 3 friends, travelling in from Manchester. Ten minutes before check in, I got a text out of nowhere saying the room was cancelled because of a “problem in the bathroom.” No call, no warning, nothing until literally minutes before we were due to arrive. I was in the middle of having lunch when the message came through and had to drop everything. We spent the next three hours trying to find another place to stay in Llandudno and could not find anything at that notice. In the end we had no choice but to cancel our entire two day trip and drive straight back to Manchester. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability from the staff. No apology, no explanation beyond one line, no attempt to help us find alternative accommodation, nothing. Just “sorry, there is nothing we can do.” A city is remembered by how it treats its guests. Cancelling a confirmed booking minutes before check in, with zero support afterwards, is not just poor service, it shows a basic lack of respect and care for the people trusting you with their trip. Four friends had a holiday cancelled because of how this was handled. Think very carefully before booking here. I would not want anyone else even them to go through what we did.

Booking cancelled 10 minutes before check-in Confirmed family room for 11th July, then received a text cancelling it at 2:50pm, just before our 3pm check-in due to a "bathroom block." We were already travelling from Manchester. Called and visited in person asking for help finding alternative accommodation; staff member Stacey said there was nothing she could do. No apology, no alternative room offered, no compensation. Left a family stranded with zero notice. Avoid.

Booked for 21st February, room dinghy, bathroom grubby and toilet to near wall would not be able to sit correctly on the toilet. Room dismal and grubby so decided not to stay, rang to complain but was passed to booking.com and hotel management and no one would take responsibility so diffently would not recommend.

Booked a double room. The room was bad condition. Bathroom light and fan not working. Tv not working. Overall rubbish hotel to stay inn. Dont waste your money and time by booking a room here.
