About New Inn
Tucked into a quiet Denbighshire corner with splendid views towards Snowdonia, New Inn is a proper back-to-basics retreat on 8.5 acres of meadow and woodland. The spacious, non-electric pitches give campers room to breathe, while the well-maintained facilities—clean showers, toilets, and washing-up area—keep things comfortable without fuss. A well-stocked outdoor bar, the Wobbly Dog, serves reasonably priced drafts and seasonal local produce, and there's a communal fire pit for evenings under the stars.
Friendly, welcoming owners create a homely atmosphere, and simple pleasures abound: collecting eggs from the site's hens, feeding the tame sheep, or roaming the wilder corners of the grounds. Bryneglwys village is a five-minute stroll for essentials, while Corwen (15 minutes) offers bigger shops. There's even a handy "forgot something" area for campers caught short.
With bonfires and barbecues encouraged, plus easy access to Snowdonia walks, cycling, and watersports, this peaceful spot earns its 4.9 rating—though facilities are decidedly low-key, so don't expect luxury touches.

What visitors say
Have just returned from 2 nights at this wonderful campsite. Wish we could have stayed longer so will return again before end of summer. The owners are so welcoming and cannot do enough to ensure you have a great stay at their campsite. First class customer service with a lovely site, handy bar and drinking area, chickens, fire pits and scenic views. So glad we found this site. Now one of my favourites.

Amazing campsite, rustic and small, but so quirky! Kids loved feeding/looking after the chickens and pigs. An absolute gem.
