Had a lovely night's stay at this beautifully presented hotel. Lots of character, comfy room and bed. Our breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked and well presented. The staff were very attentive and nothing was any trouble. We were there to go pony trekking which was part of the family business and was so much fun to incorporate this into our stay. Looking forward to returning.

This review is for Pony Trekking service (Alice). It was such a wonderful day out! Kids are 8 & 10 and we are all novices, but Alice looked after us, took us on a beautiful trek across Elan, including forests, rivers and carefully navigated the lanes. Scenery was beautiful and we even managed to swerve the wind! Horses were so gentle and well looked after, and Alice was the perfect host. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! It is a must if you are in this area ⭐️

Excellent location, very comfortable rooms and secure, sheltered off street parking for bikes and motorbikes. Ideal location for the Elan valley and through to Strata Florida. Lovely, friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast.

I had a spacious comfortable room and it was very quiet through the night so I had great nights sleep. My hosts, Jane and Alice, were lovely and very helpful and accommodating - I couldn't have been looked after better!
