We had a great one night stay on our way through from Belgium to the North of Scotland. Ideally located. Lovely, clean rooms. We were sorry not to be able to try the food as it looked excellent. Very friendly owner and staff. Our sog was very welcome . When passing through again we will certainly be back.

Lovely hotel Great friendly funny hosts and freshly cooked food. Daughter is vegan and chef accommodated her and cooked especially- what service. For me as veggi the cheese pie (again cooked by the hosts) was to die for. Great bar, darts , pool table and piano. Lovely comfortable rooms and beautiful decor. Ideal stop to break our long journey to Fife. We hope to see them again Private safe car park. Doggie lovers. How much better can it get.

Home away from home — what more can I say! The food felt just like something your mum would cook: comforting, hearty, and full of flavour. It was so cosy that you genuinely felt as relaxed as being in your own bed. The whole place has a lovely charm, tucked away in a small village setting. I really enjoyed my stay, and the service was excellent throughout. I honestly couldn’t fault anything. The price was very reasonable too, especially considering the quality. Plus, it’s conveniently located right next to the M74, which makes it easy to find. Bonus points for being dog-friendly — both the hotel and the restaurant welcome your furry friends! If you enjoyed this review, I’d really appreciate a thumbs up and a follow. It helps me keep sharing more experiences like this!
