The Barn

The Barn comes with everything you need for self-catering: a kitchen fitted with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine; oil central heating; bed linen and towels; Wi-Fi; and a tumble dryer in the external utility room. Electricity is included in the rate. The cottage sleeps six across two bedrooms—one with two double beds, one with a double bed—plus a shower room, separate toilet, and an open-plan living space with a Freeview TV and DVD player.

The property sits on a 400-acre working farm a few miles from Annan, with countryside stretching towards Cumbria. You have private parking for two cars and can use a shared sitting-out area on the grounds. A shared hot tub is available by arrangement, payable separately to the owner. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Families will find a cot and highchair provided. This is a whole property to yourselves, distinct from the other cottages on-site, though you're checking in after 15:00 and checking out before 10:00.
