Cressfield Villa works well for families or larger groups wanting their own space while staying near Lockerbie. The property sleeps seven across three bedrooms—a double, a kingsize and a room with a double plus single bed—with two bathrooms on the ground and first floors. There is a living room with television and a dining room, plus a kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and heating are all included, and one pet stays free.
The villa sits within the grounds of Cressfield House Hotel, with its own enclosed garden and private parking for two cars. You have access to shared sitting areas and grounds beyond your garden. The hotel's restaurant and bar are within easy reach if you want to skip cooking; a shop lies half a mile away and a pub a short walk. Lockerbie is minutes from the M74 motorway, making it a practical base for groups travelling from different directions or for weddings and reunions. Non-smoking throughout. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.

We popped in after it being recommended by locals. Very friendly welcome, and the food was delicious! 5 stars for the lamb and beef blade and the creme brulee and cheesecake 😋 .Excellent!

Great hotel and the perfect stop-off for our journey north from Devon to the Highlands. As a family of 6 we all loved this hotel with all of us sleeping in comfort. The breakfast was brilliant and set us up for our second day of travelling. A very big thank you to all the team at Cressfield.

We have just returned from a wonderful three-day break at this delightful hidden gem of a hotel. Having stayed in many different places over the years, it is rare to leave feeling completely satisfied with every aspect of our stay, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was comfortable, well-equipped, and impeccably clean throughout. The breakfasts were exceptional, and the evening meals were equally impressive, with an excellent menu offering plenty of choice and high-quality dishes. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, with nothing ever seeming too much trouble. The entire experience was relaxing from start to finish, and we left feeling refreshed and thoroughly looked after. We would not hesitate to return and are already looking forward to our next visit. We stayed 2 nights .A lovely welcome...We had a lovely meal in the bar with a great atmosphere... Breakfast was excellent as well ...Staff were very kind & helpful ... Would definitely stay again if in that area again
