We travelled to Cineworld Wembley excited to watch Spider-Man: BND. We were genuinely looking forward to the film, Unfortunately, what should have been a great visit quickly turned into an extremely disappointing one due to the attitude and behaviour of several members of staff. When we arrived at the food and drinks counter, we joined a queue and waited patiently for around twenty-five minutes. Throughout this time, three members of staff could clearly see us standing there, yet not a single person informed us that the till we were waiting at was closed. We continued waiting because we naturally assumed someone would eventually serve us. It was only after we asked a member of staff why nobody was taking our order that we discovered the till was not in use. The first employee we spoke to was a woman whose name is "Bee" as shown on her badge . She appeared to be around 5'3", with black hair and brown skin, and seemed to be of Indian ethnicity. Rather than apologising or politely explaining the situation, she responded with a dismissive attitude, simply stating that the till was closed. Her tone came across as rude and unprofessional. We were left wondering why nobody had informed us earlier, especially when the staff had clearly seen us waiting for such a long time. We then explained that we had been standing there for approximately twenty-five minutes and asked why no one had told us the till was closed. Instead of apologising, another employee, 'Julie' , whose photograph has been attached, became involved. She appeared to be Asian, with blonde highlights in her hair. Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience or showing any understanding, she told us, "You could clearly see no one's taking orders at this till, so why didn't you go to another one?" Her response completely ignored the fact that staff had watched us waiting without saying a word. A simple apology and clear direction to another till would have resolved the situation immediately. A third employee, whose name began with "M" and whose photograph is also attached( the one wiping the floor) appeared to be around 5'4" to 5'5", with black hair and brown skin. Instead of trying to calm the situation or provide assistance, she immediately sided with her colleagues. None of the staff showed any willingness to acknowledge the poor customer service we had received. Throughout the interaction, their attitudes remained dismissive, and not one of them apologised for the inconvenience caused. To make matters even more disappointing, several popular food items, including slushies and Doritos, were unavailable. For a major cinema such as Cineworld Wembley, this was frustrating, especially after already having such a negative experience with customer service. By this point, the excitement we had felt about watching Spider-Man: Brand New Day had completely disappeared. Overall, we were left genuinely shocked by the level of customer service we received. We were ignored while waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, spoken to disrespectfully when we simply asked for an explanation, and never received even the most basic apology. What should have been an enjoyable trip to the cinema became a frustrating and disappointing experience because of the staff's attitude and lack of professionalism. We hope this complaint is taken seriously, that the incident is investigated, and that steps are taken to improve customer service so that future visitors do not have to experience the same treatment. We kindly request that this matter is reviewed by management and that the staff involved are spoken to regarding the way this situation was handled. Given the disappointment caused and the impact it had on what should have been an enjoyable cinema visit, we believe a gesture of goodwill, such as complimentary tickets or vouchers, would be an appropriate resolution. We hope this complaint is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve in the future.

Visited Cineworld Wembley recently and had a great experience. One thing that really surprised me was the mystery merchandise pack they were offering for £9.99. I wasn’t expecting much, but it included a Mandalorian poster and several collectible cinema cups from different film releases. The value was far better than I expected and made the visit even more enjoyable. I’ve visited quite a few cinemas and haven’t come across anything similar elsewhere. A nice surprise for film fans and collectors.

Had such an amazing experience watching Spider-Man in 4DX 3D at Cineworld Wembley🎬 The moving seats and special effects made the action scenes feel so real, especially the swinging and fight scenes. The 3D was also really good and made the whole experience even more immersive. Definitely recommend trying 4DX if you haven’t before —such a fun way to watch a movie
