About Premier Inn London Wembley Stadium

Rising thirteen floors above Wembley Park Boulevard, Premier Inn London Wembley Stadium is a large, modern hotel with 312 rooms, built for the crowds heading to the stadium and arena on its doorstep. Every room comes with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, with accessible rooms available and lifts serving all floors.

A restaurant and bar operate on site alongside a buffet breakfast, and free WiFi and drinks in the room are included as standard. Reception runs around the clock, and chargeable on-site parking is available for those arriving by car. Staff are attentive and quick to help, though some rooms could do with sharper upkeep.

The location is the real draw: Wembley Stadium and Arena are close by, with further pubs, bars and restaurants nearby for evenings before or after an event. It's a straightforward base for match days, concerts or a night at the arena, without much fuss required.

Me and my partner stayed her for the night of the Bruno Mars Tour. Great location! Perfect for the end of a concert as it is the opposite way to the main Wembley park station. Very expensive and busy which is to be expected but that is why I didn’t give full stars. They didn’t have enough staff on the bar/check ins which created long queues. However, the room and general cleanliness was great.

We arrived early due to unforseen circumstances and as the room was ready, the lady at recpetion kindly let us check in early at no extra cost. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. However, the quality of the room, although nice, did not match the high cost, although I am aware that this is the standard when a concert is on. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast, which was mostly good. The location is perfect for Wembley Stadium - which is a ten minute walk away. Our one real issue was, when we checked out the next day, and asked where we could get a taxi from, we were advised to call Chosen Cabs using the phone in reception. We booked our lift, and we told it would be 10-15 minutes. The driver took 45 minutes to arrive in the end, after several messages exchanged, and calling back for an updated eta. We did not feel safe in the vehcile. There was no cab plate identifying the car as a taxi, and no identification on the dashboard that he was a listened taxi driver. The car was dirty, with rips in the seats, etc, and the main console had the incorrect date and time on it, and said the car was going at 0mph. Due to this, which was disconcertaining as we were two women, we felt it nessasry to get out Google Maps to ensure we were being taken to the right place. Also, we were only told when we asked whether card payments were accepted once in the vehcile that it was cash only, or bank transfer, so as we didn't have cash, we paid via bank transfer - a higher price than the cab we took on the way (the price was also set before we'd got in the vechile) - and it was to a private, not company, account. I do not recommend using them.

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Wembley Stadium. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located, with friendly staff throughout my visit. A special thank you to David at reception, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful with everything I needed. His excellent customer service really stood out and made a great first impression. Staff like David are a real credit to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this Premier Inn and look forward to staying here again!

Stayed here with my daughter for My Chemical Romance at Wembley on 11th July. Absolutely lovely hotel, clean and super comfortable. The room was lovely and the aircon very welcome in the heatwave. Incredibly convenient for events at Wembley Stadium, we were back in the room less than 15 minutes after the concert ended! Helpful staff, chilled water, great food. Really can't recommend enough!
