Hilton London Wembley

Was coming for a concert and thought I’d try out a Hilton hotel (first time) as it’s my partners birthday and it did not disappoint!! I payed for a king room and a birthday package. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted at reception and signed in! Our room was even upgraded which was incredibly kind! When we reached the room, we found a bottle of Prosecco, some cake, confetti, a personalised handwritten card, some balloons and a little candle made of towels! We were overjoyed at this touch and thoroughly enjoyed the cake too! I fear I misheard the man at the reception when he said we can take something from the minibar for free however, as I was charged £12 for some chocolate honeycomb, but no matter as it’s very tasty (tho a little expensive!!) the bed was so very comfy, and the room was very spacious! I requested more hot chocolate from reception and they brought it to the room! The closeness to the OVO arena was excellent after the concert, and I had a good sleep in a comfy bed! In the morning I had breakfast which was delicious, they had cooked breakfast, cereal, meat, cheese, fruit, yogurt, bakery items and a selection of condiments too! I had several plates (gotta get my moneys worth) and a very nice hot chocolate. As someone who usually stays at travelodge/premier inn, I see why people choose Hilton! I’m heartbroken I didn’t get time to try the pool and gym! We were treated like royalty from start to finish (i understand the Hilton is a higher class hotel) but this was luxury to me! Will definitely be back!

We had tickets for Harry Styles and this is the perfect hotel for it! Four adults plus a dog meant a suite (with zed-beds) was a good value choice. Staff here are brilliant, the hotel is great. Parking is affordable! And I had the delightful experience of introducing my daughter to the Hilton breakfast experience!!!

I've just returned from a wonderful weekend at Hilton London Wembley with my Dad, we stayed here for the Harry Styles concert and the location and quality of the hotel make the stay absolutely worth every penny. Right from check-in, we received a warm welcome and staff at the hotel were all outstanding, they really couldn't do enough for you. We arrived prior to check-in so dropped off our bags and headed to explore the area. We returned at 3pm when there was a large queue to check-in, but staff were serving complimentary champagne and orange juice in reception which was a lovely touch. The queue moved quickly and we were soon in our room which was spotless and high quality. We'd booked the all-in concert hospitality package so visited the Association Restaurant to enjoy a pre-concert buffet and staff here made us feel really special. The selection was amazing and we enjoyed fresh pasta with live theatre cooking. The ice cream station and drinks service was another highlight. After a wonderful evening at the concert, we were back at the hotel within minutes, beating the crowds - you really can't get any closer to the stadium. We enjoyed snacks and drinks back at the hotel. Breakfast the following morning was excellent with a fantastic selection to enjoy. I'd return here in a heartbeat, my top choice for any future visits and the all-in concert experience is highly recommended.

I had a wonderful check-in experience and would like to say a big thank you to Hussain. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I felt comfortable and well looked after. Hussain’s professionalism really stood out, and his warm, positive attitude made a great first impression. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Check-ins can sometimes feel rushed, but he made it a pleasant and relaxed experience. A truly lovely start thanks to Hussain – his kindness and professionalism are very much appreciated. I must say the room was amazing
