The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We arrived during a heatwave and they gave us ice cream and water. The rooms are on the small side, but they are fully equipped and clean. The only downside is the lack of airconditioning. There is a fan, but that can realistically only do so much. The breakfast was okay too, a small but good selection. It’s located close to many restaurants/bars and is only a short walk from Paddington Station.

I genuinely do not understand how this property has been rated as a three- or four-star hotel. In my opinion, it does not meet the standard of even a basic budget hotel or B&B. The staff were the one positive aspect of my stay. They were friendly, approachable and helpful, and there was staff available throughout the night. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was extremely disappointing. There is no proper lobby or common area where guests can sit or relax. The corridors are narrow and constantly busy, the reception area is tiny, and the overall layout feels cramped and confusing. Access to some areas requires climbing multiple flights of stairs, and the building becomes uncomfortably hot Many of the basic facilities and comforts that most travellers would expect from any accommodation were simply not there. I have stayed in many budget hotels and B&Bs across the UK, and this was well below that standard. I would not choose to stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean( bed , shower ). The place is very close to many restauranrs and to paddington station for those that may want to connect to other areas. Am very likely to stay here next time am in london. Strongly recommend for both short and long stay

We had a really great time there. Locationwise the hotel is near london central and everything is in walkable distance, the staff was helpful and even provided us a power adapter for free (since we forgot ours at home). They cleaned the rooms every day and each day we were greeted with biscuits / paistry in our room. The booking contained free breakfast wich was freshly made and was really delicious. If you are planning a trip to london I think this is a really good place with a really good price.
