Run down, old with no future plans of renovation. Central heating was always on with no option of turning it off, shared bathroom with a tiny shower, also constantly heated, water pressure was abyssmal (take off the head and hose yourself down). Old house &carpet smell. (Sleep with window open) Spotty WiFi. If you're used to camping this should be fine. Good enough to crash over the night.

I visited in summer 2025. Not a good place to stay but the location is excellent. The rooms were dirty, no waterpressure, only a small fan which was very dusty and it was hard to get the luggage up the stairs as they were high and lots and lots for stairs. Our room was tilted, and was hard to stand up in, and I was afraid when will this place crumble down. I went to ask for help and I think a staff member was pretty innapropriate towards me, as I was underaged at the time. I was complaning about a toilet being clogged and he started the converstation with ”did you know you are gorgeous”, which was fine, until he started asking me was I alone in the room, where I was from and who was I staying with. As we went up he came behind me and I was so afraid, as I didn’t have my phone with me. Well, he fixed the toilet in a second and I was a bit humbled. It could have just been my anxiety but thought to share this.

INFESTED WITH MICE! Awful stay! Make sure you have your camera ready to spot the mouse celebrities when they do their cameos. Otherwise this accommodation will deny it ever happened. Even though they know the whole building is infested with rodents. Terrible customer service, terrible experience. This place never answers the phone either. What so called "reception" is in a different building. So get ready to walk on the street on your pj's when you run from your room to inform them. Also know they won't do anything about it other that tell you to lock the rat in your bathroom and don't use the bathroom that night. Easy, right? Unbelievable. Stay away from this abominable rat house.

This is on booking.com as Collingham Place Appartments. I can only confirm what others wrote here. Everything was dirty, not hygienic at all. Even the keyring was damaged. And yes, the place works under another name, not Collingham Place Apartments. It should not be on booking.com. Avoid at all cost.
