Perfectly fine hotel for an overnight stay. The location is quite good in a quiet street near Oxford Circus. The staff were pleasant but I didn't have much interaction with them, check in and check out, that's it. The room was relatively spacious for an overnight but I wouldn't stay much longer. The room was clean and the shower worked well. My only real complaint is the lack of air conditioning, so don't bother to stay in hot weather. A fan was provided.

The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The bed was amazing, and we had one of the best nights’ sleep in a long time. The location is perfect, close to everything yet still peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was rich and delicious with a wide variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made us feel like we were truly on a luxury getaway. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine care from the team—they made us feel valued, not just like guests. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a memorable experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Apart from the perfect location for a London weekend, the real perk of this hotel is the staff. They were very welcoming and accommodating to help us have the best stay possible. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The rooms are comfortable for a short stay. The furniture is a touch dated but it’s very clean and the bathroom was spotless. The only tiny inconvenience is the absence of a mirror next to power outlets and the lack of noise isolation of rooms. Water pressure was excellent. We would definitely go back!

Clean, compact room. Could accommodate 3 people with the pull-out bed. Shower was roomy, hot water was prompt. Good central location minimized walking time to many restaurants and must-see attractions like Marleybone Market, Sherlock Holmes museum, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace etc. Would definitely stay here on our next visit.
