Our stay at The Langham London was truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, every member of the staff made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. The level of service was exceptional and truly first-class. We visited over Easter with our daughter, and the hotel went above and beyond to make the experience magical for her. They had the Easter Bunny visit, created an incredible chocolate Easter display, and presented a beautiful white chocolate Easter figurine in a large decorative carrying case. It was such a special touch and something she still talks about. When we arrived in our room, they had thoughtfully prepared a little space just for our daughter and even gave her a teddy bear. The rooms were beautiful, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt carefully considered. The food throughout our stay was excellent, and every interaction with the staff from the doormen to the front desk team and everyone in between was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. The Langham doesn’t just provide a hotel stay; it creates unforgettable memories. We left with wonderful memories as a family and can’t wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our Easter holiday so special.

Having stayed at The Langham in Sydney, Melbourne and now London, I can honestly say The Langham London is something truly special. Every detail is so thoughtfully considered creating an experience that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. It wasn’t just a hotel stay, it became one of those memories I’ll always look back on with a smile. The team could not have done more to make our stay feel so warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely exceptional. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, making our stay so welcoming and I can’t wait to return.

We had a truly delightful afternoon tea experience. The service provided was exceptional, with Alan being remarkably attentive and experienced. He took the time to explain each stage of the afternoon tea in great detail and did not feel rushed. Every serving was presented beautifully and tasted exquisite. We highly recommend this establishment for a wonderful treat. We'll be going back for sure😃

Petty staff got swindled out of my premium room… booked the best premium room and they’ve initially placed us on the first floor … when I politely asked to move… provided them 24 hrs for a proper solution … only to be moved out of the wing to higher floor to a regular smaller room. Pretty disrespectful … don’t usually complain twice truly hope I don’t end up here again.
