What guests say
A family-owned and operated hotel that's very pleasant and well maintained. The owner's daughter was manning the front desk and was super-nice and helpful. The room was very clean and up-to-date. I had a very pleasant stay. The location, close to Paddington Station is very convenient. Most importantly, the owners went out of their way to make guests feel welcome.

We came to London as a group of four girlfriends to celebrate one of our birthdays, and we had a wonderful stay! Even though we made the request at the last minute, the hotel prepared a lovely birthday cake and a sweet card for us. The location is excellent, the beds are comfortable, and overall it’s amazing value for money. Highly recommended!

Not a very good experience. The room was very small. It was supposed to be a room to fit 4-5 people but the entire hotel room was smaller than my bedroom at home. There was no air conditioning or air system, which admittedly common - but to counter that we had to keep the window open at all times- which meant we heard the ambulances and police passing every five minutes at full volume. And we were still hot. There was no fridge in the room and other amenities were very basic. Even the beds were not made up, they just had a single fitted sheet on them and all the rest was folded up and we made the beds ourselves. There were at least 3 rats scurrying around outside the hotel day and night. We could see them from our room window. On top of all this above, it's still one of the most expensive hotel rooms I ever paid for. Crazy. I have to believe there's better options out there.

Great hotel and lovely staff! Our quad room was spotless, nicely decorated, and had a really good bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities and a smart TV were a nice bonus. Continental breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Location is perfect—close to Paddington Station and lots of places to eat nearby. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
