About Boston Manor Hotel
Forty-three rooms make up Boston Manor Hotel, a straightforward budget stop on Boston Road in Greater London. Hanwell lies about 1.2 miles off, and Ascot Racecourse is within reach for anyone planning a day at the races, making the hotel a reasonable base for exploring this stretch of west London.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, and family and accessible options are available for those who need them. A complimentary breakfast is included, and there's a restaurant and bar on site for meals without having to venture out, along with drinks in room, laundry service and luggage storage for practical convenience. Free WiFi and a garden round out the facilities. Rooms are functional rather than spacious, and some can pick up noise from nearby areas, so light sleepers might want to factor that in.
Free parking is a genuine plus for drivers, and the location suits those wanting easy access to golf, fishing and entertainment nearby, as well as a handful of pubs and restaurants within easy reach. Staff are generally noted as helpful, and the overall package suits guests after a no-frills, well-located place to sleep rather than a destination in itself.

What guests say
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They always greeted guests with a smile, were quick to assist with any requests, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you all for your kindness expecially for, booking the same room for our each stay on request, helping to carry our luggage and ensuring it is kept safe when we were away. Rinku and family

I'd give this place a zero. Only booked this hotel, due to seeing an event in London. Wasn't willing to splash out hundreds to thousands on a night anywhere else. This place seemed convenient and near enough to the event for us. Where do I start? Odd. Just odd. Musty smell throughout the whole building, hits you immediately upon entering. No lift access. Tiny small staircases where trip hazards are scattered everywhere due to housekeeping keeping clothes and trays, scattered on the floor around each tight corner. The impression you get if you walked into a teenagers bedroom (just flown on the floor without caution) not taking health sand safety measures into consideration. The room we had was reasonable in terms of size. No complaints there. The headboard of our double bed was absolutely layered upon layered of dust (see photo attached) but the overwhelming smell of just something stale or an old foul gone off curry just lingers everywhere. Myself and my fiancé felt so incredibly uneasy with just being present within the room. Couldn't relax, because it was just filthy. Water is stagnant but I won't go there... Throughout the night, my underside of my arms were itching considerably, only to notice bed bugs inhabiating among the sheets. And if you thought it couldn't get any worse. Around quarter to five in the morning, you can hear the floor above you with every step. Creeking floorboards constantly. I feel for the people above as they're probably completely oblivious to how much noise they're making without realising. Sounded like they couldn't sleep, just like us! We actually did have a breakfast included in our stay, though our first impressions were enough to go off avoiding it altogether, at all costs! I advise anyone just to walk 5 minutes down the road to (Big Bites Cafe) because they're absolutely superb and we felt so refreshed and at ease just being present there, than the hotel! I'd completely avoid staying here. Definitely wouldn't recommend even to anyone desperate regardless of events in London. Go if you want to smell stale and have a completely sleepless night. Never. Again.

Booked last minute because of a concert in wembley and it was lovely. Free parking and easy to get to. The staff so were so kind, i dropped my train ticket and a £20 note from my pocket and the staff knocked on our door to return it to me! Would definitely come again because of how great the customer service was, thank you.

I had a very good experience with Boston Manor Hotel recently, 1) Room: it was really hot due to heat wave but they had a ceiling fan which helped a bit, the room looked a bit dusty on day 1 but the hotel staff listened to us and cleaned the room the next day properly and even provided us clean sheets the same day.Bathroom was clean and no issues there. 2) Free Breakfast: They give you a menu on arrival so we can choose breakfast. The breakfast was really good and I was surprised that it was free given it included unlimited tea and coffee, had yogurt, cereals and hot food of our choice as well! That was definitely a steal. Overall, for the price, this was really good. I was a bit skeptical reading reviews earlier but it proved to be wrong. Maybe they have improved their service. Also, the directions of each room were very clear, you can easily read on wall where your room is.Just follow the signs! I think for this price, this is a very good option in Ealing!
