About Colliers Hotel
A morning fry-up and an evening drink at the bar are both on offer at Colliers Hotel, a straightforward 22-room hotel on Warwick Way in London. The restaurant and bar sit alongside breakfast service and drinks brought to the room, giving guests a place to eat and unwind without leaving the building.
Rooms are simple rather than stylish, and some are on the small side, so this suits guests after a functional base rather than a luxury stay. Facilities extend to free WiFi, a lift, a garden, luggage storage and laundry service, plus meeting rooms and a wedding venue for those needing more than an overnight stop. Free on-site parking is a useful bonus in a part of London where that's not a given.
The location is a genuine strength, with a quiet feel despite being close to London Victoria, and staff are consistently helpful. Pubs, restaurants and other eateries are all nearby, along with entertainment options, and Chessington World of Adventures is within reach for a day out. It's worth noting that maintenance in bathrooms can be patchy, so it's a hotel best chosen for value and location rather than polish.

What guests say
The location is very convenient. The room is old, the bathroom is microscopic, definitely not worth the price and don’t recommend it at all. The room can be accessed through the balcony that’s shared with the next room, I don’t feel safe leaving my belongings in the room.

Low budget hotel in a good area. Close to coach / train / bus stations. Shops 5 minutes away. NHM, V&A, Buckingham and Big Ben are less than 40 min by foot. Great for a few nights stay while visiting London. But ... its a low budget hotel, people. Don't expect luxury. We had a room in the basement where there was no signal (wifi is not free), I did find some bite marks on my back from bed bugs and the view from the window was the hallway and the room next door.... but it was warm, sheets were clean, hot water at all times and it was quiet.

Very handy to Victoria Tube and coach stations. Good value, clean, tidy, bed was a bit firm and pillows flat but was ok for the price. On a quiet street, didn't hear any outside noise at all but walls/adjoining doors a bit thin. I would return despite this.

Friendly informative staff. Fantastic location. The rooms are basic but very clean. Quiet location and added bonuses of a vending machine in reception if you need a snack or drink. Great stay and will definitely stay again
