Nice staff. Attentive. Water on arrival. Air conditioned room before I arrived on a hot day which was really appreciated. They also checked if I needed anything by text. Bar nice and communal areas. Room was a bit of a disappointment. Dated and in need of some TLC.

We had a great 4-day stay here. Greenwich is an extremely nice area and there's lot of great restaurants and places nearby within a reasonable walk (10-15 minutes). Two rail stations nearby to get to Central London. We had a very spacious and clean room and staff was always friendly and helpful. It was generally quiet and pleasant as well. Great price to boot!

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. There were a few issues with the room.However, Gareth was quick to help and work his magic.Before I even knew it, he had fixed everything.Thank you so much Gareth. He was such a great help.
