It's a good hotel, with a good location and fresh sheets. The water pressure in the shower as well as the rainfall shower head was nice. Airco worked great. The staff was very nice. There are a few things that could be improved; - The mattresses are quite thin, I think you would not sleep well if you're heavy. The beds felt comparable to sleeping couches. - The rooms are clean overall but I did notice some smudges here and there. Floor was kinda sticky and just overall not super clean. - There was no daily clean and I didn't have towels anymore after 1 day so I had to go and ask. If you want your room cleaned you have to pay extra. - Television was tilted a bit and I couldn't adjust it. But you could stream to it because it had a Chromecast build in which was nice. Despite the above points I could easily stay here again. It's a pretty standard small hotel for a good price.

First time we've stayed here and pleasantly surprised! From reception to he room everything was very clean and tidy. Friendly staff on reception. Tea/coffee milk in the room when you arrive. In the kitchen there was everything you needed, lots of cupboard space for belongings. We had a room on floor 3 so had a small balcony. All very clean. Bed very comfy, mattress was a bit hard for myl liking, but still slept well even with a busy road outside. Which is very quiet overnight. Bus stop right outside, DLR/Overground station few mins walk. 10 mins walk into Greenwich, with lots of lovely pubs, restaurants and places to visit. Well defiantly be back but would probably chose a bigger room.

A lovely and very clean hotel that looks exactly like the photos. The staff were excellent—very polite, friendly, and welcoming. The room was a reasonable size. It was slightly small, but this was not a problem. The main bed was comfortable and spacious, and the sofa could be converted into two separate beds, which were also comfortable and a good size. The room had all the basic essentials we needed. One small suggestion is that the bathroom would benefit from more hooks or somewhere to store clothes. The room itself could also use a few wall hooks or some additional hanging space. The hotel is close to the underground, public transport, and supermarkets. The surrounding area is pleasant and relatively quiet. Overall, we had a very good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The first thing written in the amenity section is air conditioning. When we arrived we noticed it was very hot in the room, we thought oh no worries there's air con and a window so we can cool it down. Turns out that in the room we got given you cannot open the windows. This is strange because I have stayed in this exact hotel before and the window opened. The hotel staff said this was for health and safety reasons and we thought nothing more of it. We then tried to turn the air con on and had no luck as all it showed was a lock button when we tried to turn it on. A trip down to reception and we were told that the staff control the air con so we had to ask them to turn it on. This also means that every time you leave the room and take the room key out of the wall the air con switches off and locks again. We then noticed the room was not cooling down at all so we had a chat with the hotel staff who told us they would reset the air con. This did nothing. The room was still so hot so we had to go back to reception and ask again if there was anything they could do. A lovely staff member apologised for the inconvenience this was causing us and offered to move us to a different room however this room had a double bed (we had 2 separate beds in our current room). Regretfully we turned this down and asked for a fan instead. The fan did not help at all so we asked for another fan so we could each have one directly blowing on us. This literally did nothing as it was just blowing hot air at us but it was better than nothing I guess. We had spoken to some other hotel guests who told us that they were in the room that we were staying in and they asked to move room because it was too hot so the staff knew this was an issue yet still gave us this room when we checked in. We literally had to prop open the hotel room door to get some air in because the hallway was so much cooler. We then stood in the hallway next to a window where it was cooler and when looking outside I recognised the hotel room I had previously stayed in. Funnily enough it had the window open, when looking at other rooms they all had their window open. We asked the hotel staff if we could still switch rooms and we were told it was fully booked that night. That means that if we had accepted the room more the night before someone else would have been stayed in the hot room on the second night. It is important to note that the front desk person was so kind and understanding. We honestly felt so bad that we kept complaining to him and he helped make a difficult situation less bad. In the end we were given a 30% refund which doesn’t seem too bad until you realise we spent 430 Great British Pounds to stay in a sweaty sauna for 2 nights. Oh and the cherry on top, there were BUGS in the fridge. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here again.
