The room was very cold. Although a portable radiator was provided, it was not sufficient. Additionally, the shower does not have a holder, so it must be held by hand while showering.

I legitimately thought about this review all week. This place is a solid 3.75, but I'm rounding up because I'm in a good mood AND I can't really find fault outside personal preference, and feeling a little mislead by the description of the "hotel". So first, it is NOT a hotel. It is a very nice hostel/room share with private rooms. There is no front desk, and it is just a few penthouse-type apartment / condo / townhomes refurbished to each have a handful of private rooms (with private baths). That said, the rooms are clean, and newly refurbished. They're also quiet (assuming no one is in the common area). The water pressure is weak but I won't hold it against them given the age of the building. The location is excellent, great access to public transit, and it's a community with many immigrants so tons of fantastic food options. My only legitimate complaint is that the rooms are secured by a manual key-pad door lock. Maybe they change the code between occupants, but that feels unlikely. Make the room a bit more secure (with an electronic door lock that can rotate codes between guests or support custom codes) and advertise as a luxury room share / hostel, and I think you have better experience for travelers.

Good Location but requires good service The location of the hotel is very good. One minutes from Woolwich Arsenal metro and 4 mins walk from Woolwich stadium. The location has many food restaurant and shopping destination. Room cleaning service is not daily and it's in 3 days --not that great value for service, water heater is not that top hot.. U will find decent hot water while shower but not that's great with less water pressure, they don't give shower gel, shampoo and tooth paste every day so ensure u bring all these items.. Surprise to see no water bottles as well upon arrival

The room itself was neat and spacious. However, there is no view at all. The windows were facing a high wall. when we arrived, it was tricky to get to the required floor. There should have been a receptionist in the line of sight! We only discovered the receptionist's office on our way out! The thing we enjoyed was the location, being close to everything was quite handy
