About Flexistay Norbury Aparthotel
Flexistay Norbury Aparthotel suits travellers after a straightforward, affordable base in south London rather than a polished city break. With just 8 rooms, it has the feel of a small, modest hotel rather than a big chain property, and works well for those who mainly need somewhere practical to sleep and eat breakfast before heading out for the day.
Rooms are kept simple and functional, with complimentary WiFi included and breakfast provided each morning. There's a garden with seating for guests who want a bit of outdoor space, along with 24 hour reception and luggage storage for those arriving early or leaving late. It won't suit anyone expecting boutique styling or extensive facilities, but it covers the basics reliably.
Pubs, bars, restaurants and other eateries can be found nearby, so evening meals are easy to sort out without travelling far. Norbury itself is well placed for exploring further afield, and Chessington World of Adventures is within reach for a day trip. It's a fair fit for anyone prioritising a low-cost, no-nonsense stay over extra polish.
What guests say
Very large and comfy bedroom with good double mattress and clean fresh blankets and towels. The kitchen is very well stuffed for breakfast or if you want a snack in the middle of the day/night

A super friendly host. Good situated due to public tranport (both bus & train). Restaurants nearby. The DIY breakfast was ok. But our room was old and worn out: unclean und fungeed shower, furniture worn out, the bed was a boxspring where every spring punched into your body due to the missing topping. See the pictures

Very nice stay: smooth check in/check out, large, quiet room, comfy bed, kitchen facilities to cook your own breakfast (fridge stocked with fruit, bacon and eggs, milk, jam, bread, cheese), microwave your meals. There's even a separate fridge where you can keep your own food so ideal for a longer stay. The manager is very nice and helpful. The apartments at the back of the building have been renovated to a very good standard. As for the area, it looks a bit scruffy but not rough and you can get anywhere within a reasonable time-scale by bus (50 to Croydon bus stop in front of the house) or the nearby train station.

This was my 2nd time at this hotel. The location is perfect, 10 minutes from Norbury Station with easy access to Central London and 5 minutes from the shops and restaurants. The staff were amazing, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, large and had everything I needed. To make it perfect, a new mattress would be the icing on the cake. The hotel facilities are great - you do your own catering in the kitchen and I used their laundry facilities. Overall, basic, clean, well-priced and well worth it.
