We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Camden in London. The staff made us feel very welcome, and I'd especially like to thank Akshat and Vrushali for their kindness and exceptional service throughout our stay. They truly made our experience even more enjoyable. The only area where I think the hotel could improve is its baby-friendliness. We were travelling with our one-month-old baby, and unfortunately there was no suitable crib available. A travel cot was provided, but it wasn't appropriate for such a young infant. I would recommend that the hotel consider offering something like the Tutti Bambini CoZee XL, which is a versatile sleep solution that can be used as a bedside bassinet for newborns and later converted into a bed for toddlers. It would be a valuable addition for families travelling with young babies. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights as a family of four and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, with enough choices to suit both adults and children. The staff, Aisha and Bibek were responsive and helpful. We also appreciated that the hotel was family-friendly and welcoming to kids, which made travelling with our children easier. Overall it was a good stay.

We had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn, Camden Lock. The staff at this hotel is AMAZING! They’re polite, professional and went out of their way to make our stay memorable! In particular Sadaqat and Mukta were the very best at their job. We thoroughly appreciated how well they treated us and made us feel very welcome! We will certainly be back here and recommend this Camden Lock Holiday Inn! Thank you also to all the other staff that made our stay memorable!

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Camden. The location is fantastic, perfect for exploring Camden and getting around London easily. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. But what really made the difference was the outstanding customer service. From the very first minute at reception, to drinks at the bar and breakfast in the morning, everyone was genuinely polite, professional and welcoming. It honestly reminded us of the good old days, when hospitality felt effortless and truly caring. A big thank you to the whole Team, you made our stay special.
