About Hotel Earls Court

Hotel Earls Court occupies a townhouse building on Warwick Road, a compact 20-room set-up that keeps things simple rather than grand. It's the kind of place built for practical stays in London rather than lingering in the lobby, with the modest scale giving it a more personal feel than the larger chain hotels nearby.

Rooms come with air conditioning and comfortable beds, with pillows that have been singled out as a strong point. That said, the property can be inconsistent on upkeep, so it's worth setting expectations accordingly. Guests have access to a restaurant and bar on site, free WiFi, a lift, and breakfast, along with a garden for a bit of outdoor space in the city. The hotel also offers meeting rooms, business services, concierge help, childcare, and free on-site parking, making it flexible for both leisure and work trips.

Staff are generally described as pleasant, though some visitors have found service patchy at times. The location near Earls Court Station puts pubs, restaurants and entertainment within easy reach, and the low price point makes it a straightforward option for travellers who want a central base without paying London's higher hotel rates.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. It offers excellent value for money, with an affordable price and a fantastic location close to both the Tube station and bus stops. We couldn’t find anywhere else in London that offered this combination of price and convenience.

The hotel is decent overall – you get what you pay for. The cleanliness is good enough, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. That said, there are a few downsides. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures, not all the lamps were working, and the Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable. However, these are things you more or less expect when booking a place like this. I would recommend using this hotel exactly as the name suggests – a place to sleep and head out the next day. P.S. They have a very cool cat!

WORST HOTEL IN LONDON!!!!! If you care about your health, your money, and want to have at least a decent trip, RUN AWAY from this hotel! Absolutely NOTHING shown in the pictures online matches reality. The photos are completely misleading. The hotel is filthy, poorly maintained, smells awful, and looks abandoned. The rooms are so disgusting that not even a cat or dog deserves to stay there. Uncomfortable beds, dirt everywhere, and an atmosphere that makes you feel unsafe and sick at the same time. The staff somehow make the experience even worse: extremely rude, arrogant, and completely disrespectful to guests. It feels like they are doing you a favor just by speaking to you. The only good thing about this place were the little cats living there — because honestly, they deserve far more dignity than this hotel gives its customers. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we had no other option and were forced to stay. But after ONE horrible night in that place, we had to leave immediately and find another hotel that could actually be called a HOTEL. It was wasted money, stress, anger, and an absolutely disgraceful experience. This place completely ruined part of our trip and left us with terrible memories from what was supposed to be an amazing vacation. So here is the warning: if you want to enjoy London with comfort, safety, and peace of mind, DO NOT BOOK this hotel. Even prisons look better than this place. No amount of money saved is worth the stress, disgust, disrespect, and disappointment.
