About hub by Premier Inn London Goodge Street

hub by Premier Inn London Goodge Street occupies a six-floor building close to Goodge Street station, built for guests who want a central base rather than a sprawling stay. It houses 168 rooms, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, and the design leans deliberately compact - useful for keeping costs down but worth knowing if you're after space to spread out.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, with free WiFi and a lift serving all floors, plus accessible rooms for those who need them. There's a restaurant on site and breakfast available, and the lounge offers complimentary tea and coffee around the clock, which guests regularly single out as a nice touch alongside the friendly staff on the 24-hour reception desk.

There's no parking, but that's by design - public transport is the sensible option given the location, with pubs, bars and restaurants all within easy reach nearby. Prices range from £39 to £150 depending on dates, making it a solid choice for anyone prioritising location and value over room size.

The rooms are very basic but perfect for our 1 night stay. We'd accidentally booked an accessible room. Reception did offer to move us, but we declined. Beds were very comfortable. The only downside were the sink tap which sprayed over the place getting our clothes wet. The overhead shower also sprayed in all directions and the water pressure seemed rather low. There was a basic breakfast available. I don't know if it was included in the booking but we'd taken our own anyway. We did notice there was gluten free cereal available. All in all, were always happy with the hubs. They're well located. We usually stay at the one in soho but this time used the one in Tottenham court road. It was a 15 - 20 minute walk from soho but the walk was fine.

Me and my parents stayed here for one night and it was amazing. The staff are so friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is near major sight seeing locations and is right near a tube station. The continental breakfast was great. The poor staff had to deal with a rude customer who obviously didn’t do their research before booking, as he was complaining that the bed wasn’t made. The duvet is rolled up when you arrive in the room. It’s easy to unravel and then you just spread the duvet yourself. How unfortunate that the staff had to deal with this VERY rude man. Thank you to every single staff member for working hard to deliver the best customer service.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was quite compact, but that actually worked in its favour. The room felt cosy, elegant and very thoughtfully designed rather than cramped. The bed was one of the comfiest beds l've ever slept on, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I came with my mother for Mother's Day and she loved the room. There was a lovely quiet ambience to the hotel. The gentleman who greeted us at reception when we checked in (around 6:45pm on Saturday 14th March) was incredibly kind and welcoming. We unfortunately didn't catch his name, but he immediately made us feel at ease and really set the tone for the stay. The location is also fantastic if you're planning a night in the West End, as the theatres are only about a 10-minute walk away. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay and I would definitely return.

An issue with my room (leaking shower) was swiftly rectified by the member of staff at the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble. The new room allocated to me was clean and well presented. Great night's sleep and adequate breakfast in the morning. Would stay again.
