About hub by Premier Inn London Soho
For anyone whose priority is location over legroom, hub by Premier Inn London Soho makes sense: this is a hotel built for city breaks, shopping trips and evenings out, with Carnaby Street and Oxford Street both within easy reach and plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. There's no parking on site, but with the West End on foot and public transport close by, a car isn't something you'll miss.
The 110 rooms are compact but smartly finished, each with an en-suite bathroom, comfortable bed and smart controls that let you adjust lighting and temperature without hunting for switches. Some guests have found the air conditioning struggles to keep up on warmer days, so it's worth bearing in mind if you feel the heat. Wifi is free throughout, and the rooms are backed up by a restaurant and bar on site, breakfast service, a lift, 24 hour reception and accessible rooms across the hotel's four floors.
Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, useful in a hotel where guests are often coming and going at odd hours around trains, theatre trips or long days of sightseeing. With rooms from £39 to £150, it works equally well as a base for a quick overnight stop or a longer stay exploring Soho and the wider West End.
What guests say
I was very happy with my stay here. The room was as advertised and perfect for me. There are temperature controls in the room, good lighting, comfortable bed and all the essentials are provided. All staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive including Sanjay who answered the questions I had as I was heading out for the night. This is a safe place to stay as a solo traveller. Breakfast is fab and there was a great selection. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wishing to stay central.

The room was large enough and had a multi purpose bathroom with guard rails and all. Just that is had a weird sliding door that was highly inefficient. But the overall setup of the rooms was just awesome. This is a self check-in space and is quite the walk from the station from the airport. We were carrying quite heavy suitcases that really was drag. The self check-in may be a bit difficult to get around for foreigners like us but overall the staff got us in and things turned out quite well. Its hard to get cabs around here depending on the time of visit or exit. However, I would still recommend this place for short visits as the price seemed reasonable for the space and the location which is a pin in the heart of SOHO. They have a basement that has some room to sit but everything is charged separately and was empty around the time we were there. A comfortable hotel and space overall.

Our stay was absolutely amazing, we had a blast in the downstairs bar area with the staff! They made us feel like we’re at home, the rooms are very good, the website says compact but they’re not as compact as it states. Best place to stay!

Brilliant hotel in an amazing spot, with great and helpful staff, clean rooms and very good facilities/furnishings. For the price you couldn't ask for more, the accessible room in particular was outstanding compared to nearby zedwell which charge the same for an empty room with no lighting, furniture (other than a bed) or anything, premier inn gave us a spacious room, comfy bed, good facilities and nice extras like a tv and unlimited coffee/tea. Only note is the large kerb outside which lacked dropped kerbs, so is a hassle in a wheelchair though the hotel has requested the council implement one
