Although our stay at The Resident Soho has been short, it has been truly wonderful. I would like to give a special shout-out to the reception team for being so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Carlos, who went above and beyond to arrange flowers and a birthday cake for my wife’s birthday. His thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made this celebration truly unforgettable. It is this kind of exceptional service that makes all the difference and ensures we will definitely come back. Thank you again to the entire team for making us feel so welcome!

I really really enjoy this hotel. I was here for about a week. The stuff is lovely though. I feel like I’m in a private apartment I come in and out the stuff is there if I need them they clean the room every day when I leave for the gym. It’s super nice. I love the little kitchenette. And I love the location. I will definitely come back. This should be my go to and soho London.

We stayed at The Resident Soho for three nights and came away with a very positive impression overall. The standout for us was genuinely the reception team. Before we had even arrived, they proactively reached out to ask whether there was anything they could do to prepare for our stay. It's a simple gesture, but one that immediately sets this hotel apart. When we mentioned we enjoyed running, they took it upon themselves to put together a selection of local running routes and sent them to us ahead of our arrival — ready and waiting before we'd even checked in. That level of thoughtful, personalised service is rare and made us feel like valued guests from the very first interaction. The rooms themselves were well up to standard — clean, comfortable and exactly what you'd expect from a hotel of this calibre in central London. Nothing flashy, but everything done properly, which is all you really need after a long day of exploring the city. The location in Soho is hard to beat — right in the heart of everything London has to offer, yet the hotel itself feels like a calm retreat from the bustle outside. Would happily stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Resident Soho to anyone looking for a well-run, welcoming base in the city.

A faultless stay. Great location. The room was quiet, comfortable and spotless. Excellent air con. The kitchenette is very useful. Huge comfy bed. Staff are 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. It was my partners birthday. There was a handwritten card, wine, chocolate and balloons on the bed when we arrived. And complimentary wine between 6 and 7pm in reception. Not the cheapest hotel but absolutely worth it for a special weekend.
