Excellent value for money in London. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and spacious rooms. Its location is outstanding, right next to Westfield Stratford City, offering plenty of shopping and dining options. Stratford Underground and rail stations are only a short walk away, making it easy to reach Central London in around 20 minutes. A great choice for families and tourists looking for convenience, comfort and affordability. I would definitely stay here again.

Hyatt Regency was a very comfortable and good value stay. Despite being a Londoner this was my first london hotel stay and I was pleased with the customer service from all the staff I encountered notably Claudia at the reception, who kindly upgraded me to a better view. The staff are all incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms are spacious with a brilliant AC which was greatly appreciated during this heatwave. My only 2 points of feedback would be the lack of Smart TV and the only accessible app being YouTube. I would’ve expected modern facilities for a Hyatt in 2026. Also the wifi and service in rooms at least on the 7th floor is non-existent. I did raise this and was promptly moved to the 5th floor with better connection. I work locally and would definitely return should I need to stay in the area again and would recommend.

we had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency London Stratford. The location was absolutely perfect for our stay. The location is absolutely perfect ideal for shopping at Westfield and attending football matches, which was the reason for our stay and everything within easy reach. check in was quick and seamless and the staff were welcoming and professional which made a great first impression the hotel itself felt luxurious with excellent amenities and beautiful modern interiors throughout. Most importantly it was spotless, our room and all communal areas exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable which made for a great nights sleep and the 12pm late check out was a real bonus - no rushing around in the morning. there was also plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby giving us lots of options of dining and evening drinks, making it a great base whether you're visiting for leisure , shopping, a city break or a match day. The hotel had a restaurant onsite also, although we didn't eat here the menu was good. what really stood out was the value for money for the quality, location and overall experience the price was very reasonable i would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

A wonderful short break to celebrate our engagement. The hotel has been recently refurbished and the rooms are very nicely finished. Thank you to Charles and the Spanish lady on reception who really looked after us - it makes such a difference to a stay when you have a great team looking after you. The hotel is right in the middle of Westfield shopping centre with Stratford station a short walk away so very convenient for shops and restaurants as well as travelling further afield.
