The Gantry London Curio Collection by Hilton

The hotel is perfectly located in Stratford, just an 8-minute walk from Westfield Shopping Centre, making it an excellent choice for both shopping and exploring the area. The room was luxurious, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Every member of staff, from the reception team to the dining staff, was warm, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to Sadek from the dining team, who was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Thank you, Sadek, for your kindness and outstanding hospitality!

Stayed at The Gantry from Thursday to Sunday and had such a lovely stay. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, and the beds are incredibly comfortable , we slept so well! We did have a couple of issues with room service, but the reception and restaurant staff were fantastic and resolved everything quickly and professionally. A special mention has to go to Khalid, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He kindly waived the charges for our breakfast, gave us some brilliant recommendations, and was always happy to help with anything we needed. His exceptional customer service really made all the difference and turned a good stay into a great one. We would 100% stay here again and would highly recommend The Gantry to anyone visiting London. Thank you to all the staff, especially Khalid, for making our trip so memorable!

This was our last stop for our London/UK trip and we were looking for something on the east side and chose this hotel for its easy access to the city and LCY. We ended up loving this property!!! Very new and clean, the hard product was very good and easily the best we stayed at in London. Service was also excellent! The breakfast was fantastic and free with our Diamond status. They were very accommodating to my gluten allergy and would make me a fresh plate of the items I wanted from the buffet to be safe. I was generally very impressed with breakfast at all our UK hotels when compared to ones back in the US but this one was easily the best and most accommodating. We also got a slight upgrade to a deluxe room along with early check in so that was nice. Did not need late checkout but I’m sure they would have given it to us if we asked. I also appreciate a hotel with a water bottle refill station like this had. More hotels need this! Overall, we would definitely come back again thanks to the great rooms and service. It’s a great price thanks to it being so far east but it’s still really well connected to London and the Southeast of England.

As always with Hilton hotels, we received a very warm welcome at The Gantry. We were in town for a nearby event and asked for an early check-in at 1:00 pm. The reservation manager kindly made sure this was sorted out for us without any fuss. Our room was perfectly clean and the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful throughout our one-night stay. We even had a nice chat with the breakfast manager in the morning. The breakfast spread was well-organised, tidy and very enjoyable. The location is brilliant too. It is right next to the massive Westfield shopping centre and has incredibly easy access to the train and Tube stations for travelling across London. I highly recommend this hotel whether you are visiting for business or a holiday. We are certainly looking forward to booking here again on our next trip!
